My inaugural effort at sharing my photography on-line is this weblog, which I am calling "Voice of the Camera". I have combined the launch of this 'blog with publication of the limited edition 2007 Voice of the Camera calendar. If you received the link to this weblog in an email from me on December 10, 2006, then I have sent you a calendar. If you have not received your copy yet, take heart, it is on its way and will arrive soon!
Why a calendar? Let's face it....everyone has an unsightly crack or stain on a wall somewhere in their home or office (or cubicle!): why not cover yours up with my beautiful calendar? Think of all the money you will save on spackle and paint!
You can see most of the photos from the calendar by clicking on the link below, which will take you to a slideshow of the photos at the "Flickr.com" website. These photos look pretty good in the calendar, but they are really stunning as prints. If there is a particular shot that you would like to have as a framed print, just let me know, it's yours for the asking! I have 16x20 framed prints (image size approx. 11x16), which is a nice size for viewing them in person. Email me at joelhenner@comcast.net. I assure you the prints of these images are crisp and clean. Everyone knows I am my own toughest critic, so you can be confident in this assessment.

I was so excited to you have received your calendar...your photos are awesome! I was very impressed and I love them! Of course, I already knew you were a talented photographer...I still have the calla lily hanging on my wall at home. I really hope to see more of your work. Thanks again for the calendar; it will take its place as our 2007 family scheduling calendar on the wall in our kitchen for all to see. Perhaps it will furnish you the Nobel prize if enough awestruck people pass through my house. It is good to see you back in action; I hope your new career is a rewarding one. Live by those famous words "You can't always get what you want but if you try sometimes you can get what you need".
The 2007 calendar is terrific but it pales in comparison to Joel's latest video and still image montage masterpiece, entitled "Happy Feet"...a smash documentary release by the fledgling, Milliron Productions. Finally, we have a holiday classic that rivals It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street, and White Christmas...sure to be viewed over and over. Joel Henner has pulled out all the stops on this one. You see all the elements of this neoclassic producer...a loving husband and father, a brilliant scientist, an inspired artist, a deep philospher, a true friend and a rascally Rascal. This intial CD is just a tease..there is more to come...since Joel promises this will be a living documentary. I hope he posts it on his blog for everyone who ever wanted to what is like to be a Rascal.
